Premier Starters & Alternators (PSA)

At PSA, we aim to supply reliable, high-quality parts. If there is an issue, we will always try to resolve it fairly.

We make sure you get the right part at the right price before anything is supplied.

1️⃣ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty item

  • An item supplied incorrectly by PSA

Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange inspection, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

2️⃣ Wrongly Ordered Parts

Because automotive parts must match the vehicle exactly, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrectly ordered parts

  • Parts chosen using wrong vehicle details

  • Parts ordered in error by the customer

Please always check part numbers and vehicle information carefully before ordering.

3️⃣ Fitted or Used Parts

Returns will not be accepted for parts that:

  • Have been installed

  • Have been damaged

  • Show signs of use or modification

Electrical parts are tested before dispatch and must be returned unused.

4️⃣ Return Condition

All approved returns must be:

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

  • Free from damage

5️⃣ Refunds & Replacements

Once a returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • A replacement will be issued

  • Or a refund will be processed

This depends on the situation and product availability.
